A $65 deposit fee is required to schedule appointments.
Arriving late for your appointment will result in either a) shortening the appointment time depending on circumstances or b) incurring a no show/late fee or rescheduling of services. You must have a driver present at the clinic upon completion of your infusion.
We accept Cash, Check, & Credit/Debit card. A 2.5% processing fee is applied to Credit/Debit cards.
